Adv. Ronen Vinograd, recognized as a leading capital markets attorney, focuses his practice on matters relating to the regulation of institutional entities and their investments. Ronen’s extensive involvement in these activities places him at the forefront of the market and in a unique position within the capital market sector.
Ronen served as legal counsel to the Israel Association of Provident and Pension Funds on investments regulations, and represented it before the regulator and before the Israeli Parliament’s Finance Committee. In this capacity, he assisted in the drafting of the regulations applicable to investments made by institutional entities.
Before founding Vinograd & Co., Ronen was a partner and head of the capital markets department at Arnon Segev & Co.
Ronen often lectures before board members and investment committees at various institutional entities on investments and regulations, , as well as guiding courses at IFI (Israeli Financial Institution) on credit transactions and investment regulations. Additionally, Ronen taught a course on Institutional Entities and the Capital Market, as part of the Entrepreneurship Club at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya.
In addition, Ronen is on the Advisory Committee of the IDC Alumni Organization and serves as a Mentor at IDC’s Radzyner Law School.
On 2014, Ronen was elected as one of Israel’s Top 40 Promises Under 40 by TheMarker Financial Magazine.

Sharon is a partner at Vinograd & Co., specializing in various capital markets regulations.
Sharon works with various institutional entities, investment houses, family offices and other asset managers, advisors and stock exchange members, providing them ongoing consultation regarding their activities. In addition, Sharon advise on establishing unique investment funds, both in Israel and abroad.
Sharon brings with her a wealth of industry experience. Prior to joining the firm, Sharon served as Investments Legal Counsel at The Phoenix Insurance Company, Legal Counsel of the Association of Stock Exchange Members, Deputy Director of Capital Markets, Investments & Institutional Entities at M. Firon & Co., and Chief Legal Counsel of Menorah Mivtachim Investment House.

Shy is Senior Associate specializing in hedge funds, various investment funds, debt and private equity.
In his position, Shy provides legal advice and counseling to clients regarding their ongoing investment funds activity, as well as establishing investment funds of various types, in Israel and abroad. Among Shy’s clients are Israeli institutional entities and leading investment houses. In addition, Shy advises on the structuring of credit financing.
Prior to joining the firm, Shy was an associate in one of Israel’s leading law firms in capital markets and M&A.
Shy has been a part of the firm since it was founded in 2014.
